Picture the delicate dance of gin, lemon juice, and egg whites, but instead of raspberry syrup... blackberry syrup, swirling together to create a velvety texture and a symphony of flavors. Ingredients:

How to Make:

Makes 1 Cocktail
2 oz. Hendrick's Gin
1/2 oz. Blackberry Syrup
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 egg yolk
Ice

Garnish:
Lemon Wheel, Thyme, Blackberries, or Raspberries

In a cocktail shaker, pour gin, fresh lemon juice, blackberry syrup, and egg whites. Dry shake for 30 to 60 seconds, then add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into glass, add garnish, and enjoy!
